  • I want to buy a mishmish swimsuit as a gift from your website, is the price visible?

The price is not shown on any of our labels and our packaging is perfectly fit for a gift, however it might be visible in the import documentation attached to the package for customs.

  • Is it possible to request a change without requesting a refund and proceeding with a new order?

From March 1, 2019, it will be possible to exchange articles of equal amount.* 

Send an email to the address customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com, stating your name, surname, order number and the items to exchange (including size and color). Insert the item in the original package, with the tags still attached and with the hygienic adhesive intact and proceed with the shipment of the item you intend to replace at: 

mishmish s.r.l.s., Via A. Manzoni 183, 80123, Naples (NA), Italy. As soon as the parcel has reached our warehouse, we will proceed with the shipment of the new item. We suggest you use a traceable shipping method or we will be unable to proceed with the change in case the parcel is lost.

* N.B. If the amount is different, you will need to follow the steps to request a return (https://mishmishswimwear.com/pages/returns) and then proceed with a new order. 

  • What should I do if I’m not happy with my purchase? What is your return policy?

The return must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the item. To return the product follow these simple steps: 

  • Send an e-mail requesting the return to the address customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com, stating the order number, your name and the reason for the return
  • Insert the item in the original package, with the tags still attached and with the hygienic adhesive intact
  • Send your parcel to the address: mishmish s.r.l.s., Via A. Manzoni 183, 80123, Naples (NA), Italy

You can ship with the courier you prefer, but we suggest you use a traceable shipping method or we will be unable to refund you in case the parcel is lost. Once we accept your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically wired back to your credit card or original payment method, usually in 7 business days. If after ten days you still haven’t received a refund, do not panic and contact us by sending an e-mail to customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com. 


  • How can I receive updates on the status of my shipment?

You can check your shipment using the tracking number that we will send you as soon as the order is ready to leave our warehouse. If necessary, you can always contact us via our social Instagram(https://www.instagram.com/mishmishswimwear/?hl=it) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mishmishswimwear/) channels or by email at customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com. 


  • How can I choose the right size? 

You can consult our size guide here LINK. For any other question you can always contact us via our social channels Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mishmishswimwear/?hl=it) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mishmishswimwear/) or by sending an email to customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com. 

  • What material do you use?

All mishmish garments are made in Italy in Lycra Xtralife (80% Polyamide, 20% Elastane). This particular fibre is designed to resist chlorine, UV rays, sunscreen and oils, up to ten times longer than other fabrics.

  • How should I wash the mishmish swuimsuits?

  • Which payment methods are accepted? 

You can safely buy our swimsuits using: Pay Pal, Apple Pay, credit cards or prepaid cards of the main circuits. We do not accept bank transfers. 

  • How and why should I create an account?

You don't need to be logged into our website to browse, view products or buy. Creating an account allows you to save your personal data, add products to your favorites and check your orders. 

Registering is simple: on the homepage www.mishmishswimwear.com, on the top right corner click on “Login" and choose "Create account", fill in the form accepting the Privacy Policy and our terms and conditions and you’re done.

  • I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

Recovering your password is easy: click on "Login" in the homepage and select "Forgot your password?”, enter the email address you registered with and you will receive a link to create a new one. 

  • How and why should I subscribe to the newsletter?

Subscribing to the newsletter will allow you to receive previews on the new collections, and to be updated on discounts and promotions. You can enter your email address in the appropriate section, situated at the bottom of every page of our website. You will receive a confirmation email. 

  • I’ve placed an order but I have entered wrong data, how can I edit them? 

Since we carry out our shipments with DHL Express it is necessary to contact us within 60 minutes from the confirmation email at the address customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com, stating first name, surname, order number and the correct data. Unfortunately, if contacted beyond this timeframe, we will not be able to correct the data. 

  • I live outside Europe, do I have to calculate an import tax? 

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which vary depending on the country of destination and are chargeable to the customer. International transit times may vary due to delays at customs. 

  • How can I request an invoice for my purchase? 

If you wish to receive an invoice please send an email to the address invoice@mishmish-swimwear.com stating your name, surname, order number and tax code/social security number or VAT ID. 

  • How much does the shipment cost?

We carry out all of our shipments with DHL Express, guaranteeing traceability and fast deliveries to the customer. In Italy the shipment is free of charge. In European Union, the cost is €8.00 and in the rest of the world €16.00. 

  • The product I bought is faulty, what should I do?

We are very sorry if you have received a faulty product and we want to help you solve the problem as quickly as possible. 

Contact us at the email address customercare@mishmish-swimwear.com as soon as you discover the defect and provide as many details as possible (the order number, which item is faulty etc.). 

Mishmish s.r.l.s. responds to any defect in conformity of the article 130 of the consumer code.
