HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

The return must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the item.

Unfortunately, we can't offer exchanges to international customers yet, if you wish to exchange an item, you can ask for a refund and then place a new order.

• Insert the item in the original package, with the tags and with the hygienic seal still intact

N.b. You can ship the parcel with the courier that you prefer, but we suggest you to use a trackable method or we will be unable to proceed with the refund in case the parcel gets misplaced.
